Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact to prevent leaking during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
